Set priorities before mapping the route
Group booths into must-see, optional and follow-up. Send hall and booth references, meeting windows and the outcome you need: product screening, contact collection or a specific technical answer. A large venue cannot be covered by an unlimited promise; agree the achievable list first.
Ask the same questions at each booth
Prepare specifications, expected quantities, sample requirements and delivery questions. Separate what the representative sees from what an exhibitor states. A displayed sample is not proof of production capacity, certification or later order performance.
Confirm access and introductions
Confirm registration, permitted filming, contact details and your approved introduction. Agree which questions may be answered immediately and which require your approval. Do not ask the representative to commit to an order, deposit or contract unless that scope is separately authorised.
Turn notes into a follow-up list
A useful handover links each booth to photos, a contact, answers and missing information. Assign next actions such as requesting a formal quote or sample. The published event service includes an English brief within 48 hours; confirm the actual route and deliverables before booking.
