The confirmation identifies the contracting/payee name, address, visit window, scope, deliverables, service fee and travel. Ask to verify the entity and execution plan before payment.

02 · Keep the records

Check the merchant name, amount, currency and task reference on the payment page. Keep the Stripe receipt and agreed scope; do not send goods money to unrelated accounts.

03 · Work not completed

If we cancel, the service fee is refunded in full. If site access fails, replacement work needs your consent; only completed authorised work is charged and the unused balance is refunded.

04 · Resolve issues with evidence

Identify missing deliverables by task reference and retain the scope, receipt and delivery records. Ask your card issuer about disputes where applicable; outcomes depend on the relevant process, not a refund guarantee.

Does this guarantee the whole shipment?
