Is this a full inspection?
No. It is a sampling inspection. The report states how many units were checked, how they were picked, and where the remaining risk sits.
What if the goods are bad?
You get graded photos, an itemised defect list and a hold-or-release recommendation. The payment decision stays with you.
What if the live connection fails or the supplier refuses access?
If site connectivity interrupts the live inspection for more than 30 minutes and cannot be restored, we convert it to the $179 recorded inspection and refund the difference. If the supplier refuses access or cancels, we agree any replacement work with you first; fees cover only work already completed and authorised, never more than the service fee paid, and the unused balance is refunded. If we cancel, we refund in full. Client cancellation and rescheduling costs must be disclosed in writing before payment.
Where do you travel and when can I join live?
Execution bases in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Yiwu, Shenzhen, Beijing and Guangzhou. Confirm the site address, access, schedule and any travel costs in writing before payment. Live windows are agreed within 14:00–22:00 Beijing time (UTC+8).
How long can I download the recording?
Inspection recordings are available for download for at least 90 days after delivery; we state the link expiry at handover. We do not publish identifiable client evidence without permission.
Can I book a re-inspection?
Within 30 days, a corrective re-inspection at the same supplier costs 70% of the original inspection service fee; scope and travel are confirmed separately.
