Send the product or task, exact address, deadline, checklist and any access restrictions. Complete the brief before the scope is agreed.

Confirmation
Confirm the work, exclusions, service fee, travel, timing and change rules in writing. Service payment follows your approval.

On site
Carry out the agreed visit and record the location, product details and findings where access and filming are permitted.

Quality check
Review the footage and photo index against the checklist. Correct missing items where access permits, or state the limitation.

Report delivery
A conclusion-first English report plus the video, photos, and proofs, packaged so you can forward it. Live inspection evidence is delivered within 24 hours after the session; recorded inspection and factory audit reports within 48 hours after the visit; other task deadlines follow the written scope.

Review the findings with your supplier. Request correction, compare samples or arrange a further check; purchase and shipment decisions remain yours.

Do you ship the sample back after the shoot?
Yes. The sample stays yours. You book the courier, or we hand it to the forwarder you nominate.
How many units do you need?
One sample is enough. Extra units only help if you want multiple colourways or angles.
Can you shoot at my supplier's factory?
On-site shooting is possible with the supplier’s permission. If access is refused, agree sample shipment and an alternative setup before any change of scope.
