The China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair), held every spring and autumn in Pazhou, Guangzhou, is the world's largest commercial trade exhibition. Across three massive phases covering electronics, hardware, consumer goods, apparel, and medical equipment, over 28,000 top manufacturers showcase their latest export models. For international buyers facing travel restrictions, tight budgets, or conflicting schedules, remote trade show attendance provides full access without the travel costs.
Understanding the Three Canton Fair Phases
- Phase 1: Consumer electronics, electrical household appliances, lighting equipment, industrial machinery, hardware tools, and new energy vehicles.
- Phase 2: Ceramics, kitchenware, home decorations, gifts, clocks, optical instruments, garden products, and furniture.
- Phase 3: Personal care and cosmetics, medical devices, sports and travel gear, apparel, textiles, footwear, and food products.
How Remote Hands Operate on the Fair Floor
Hiring a GetChinaHelp representative to walk the exhibition complex gives you an active pair of eyes and hands inside the Pazhou halls:
- Targeted booth visits: Provide your exhibitor list or target product keywords. The representative plans the most efficient hall route across Area A, B, C, and D.
- In-depth specification discussions: We speak directly with booth managers, asking specific technical questions regarding minimum orders, FOB/CIF terms, production lead times, and tooling capabilities.
- Photo and video logs: High-resolution captures of booth displays, product angle close-ups, and business cards are catalogued and filed per booth number.
- Physical sample and printed catalog consolidation: Exhibitors often preserve their newest, unreleased brochures for booth visitors. We collect, scan, and post physical catalogs to your office.
Pre-Show Preparation
Successful remote exhibition visits require focused briefs. Identify 10 to 15 key booths to prioritize, agree the specific quote fields to record, and establish video call windows to speak directly with booth managers through your representative.
